Large Robust Scoter by Lindsey Levy (Little Tancook Island, NS)
 
If you are looking for a classic maritime decoy that really stands out on the shelf, this is it!
This scoter has a wonderful, soft surface. There is average in-use wear and several small scuffs of white from rubbing against other decoys. Two small cracks have been filled with wood putty years ago, one in the back, the other on the bottom.
 
Overall a good solid decoy!
 
Measures 16" long, 7.5" tall, 7.5" wide.
