Please note that Maine residents will be charged 5.5% sales tax unless valid resale certificate/tax # is provided.
Shipping
We offer fully insured shipping via UPS/USPS with a $10 flat rate shipping/handling fee on most* items for domestic U.S. (lower 48) orders, unless otherwise specified in the listing. International customers pay our cost when shipping overseas (we will contact you after you submit your order to arrange int'l shipping).
Guarantee
Every effort is made in our photos and our descriptions to note any details of condition beyond appropriate wear from age and use. We guarantee every item to be as represented with regard to age, authenticity, and condition. In the unlikely event that a piece has significant problems we've missed, let us know within three days of receipt and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
We understand how difficult it is to buy from pictures and written descriptions. Therefore, we have a standing policy for website purchases: customers may return items, in the same condition as they are received, within 72 hours of delivery. You must notify us of your intent to return. All sales are final after 72 hours. A full refund will be given upon our receipt of the item. Buyer pays return postage.
*We will do our best to post only "shippable" items. There may be an occasion, however, where we have something pictured that is either oversized or overweight. Those items are available for pickup at the Gallery, or for shipment at buyer's cost.
