Cardinal Carving
We aren't sure who made this, but it is surely a wonderful piece of folk art! The carving appears to have been done with a chainsaw. Signed on base but we can't quite make it out. Clearly used as a garden ornament for many years, it retains its charm as well as its original paint and it is structurally sound.
 
Measures 14" tall and the base measures about 5".
