Goldeneye Hen by Fred Anderson

Goldeneye Hen by Fred Anderson

Cool Little Goldeneye Hen by Fred Anderson (So. Portland, ME)

As a young man, Fred helped Gus Wilson in his shop, sanding and finishing bodies, hence the resemblance to Wilson's work. This early bird was probably made at or close to that period. Examples this early are not common.

Excellent original paint. Structurally sound in all respects. John Dinan and Fred Anderson were friends. This bird bears the Dinan brand and is directly out of John's rig.

Measures 14.25" long; 7" tall.
