Green Wing Teal by Ralph Laurie (1883–1964; Hingham, MA)
 
A hard-to-find species for Laurie, this plump little bird with its tucked head, fat cheeks, and split tail is quite appealing. A nice example of Laurie's work. A good addition for any teal collector!
 
Fresh from an old-time MA collection that was collected and upgraded over 50+ years.
 
One small scuff under breast, otherwise excellent and original. Bears Laurie's ink stamp.
 
Measures 3.5" tall.
