Exceptional White-Throated Sparrow by Jess Blackstone
(NH 1909-1988)
 
An exceptional white-throated sparrow with great soft mellow patina and an unusual branch base. This little bird has great surface texture, dropped wing tips, and a highly defined & detailed paint pattern. One of the nicest examples we have seen!
 
Excellent and original in all respects.
 
Signed on base with Blackstones monogram, species identification ( white throat sparrow) and number (104).
